LAMB, SURVIVING TRUSTEE UNDER DECLARATION OF TRUST ESTABLISHED BY WALTER D. LAMB AND DOROTHY E. LAMB AS TRUSTORS WHEREAS , it is in the best interests of the City of Hun- tington Beach to acquire certain real property for community park facilities ; and Dorothy E . Lamb , surviving Trustee under Declaration of Trust established by Walter D. Lamb and Dorothy E. Lamb as Trustors , desires to sell, and the City of Huntington Beach desires to buy, 5 .41 acres , subject to Southern California Edison easement for pole line , conduit , and incidental pur- poses , generally located in the Magnolia-Garfield area, and more specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach as follows : 1. That it does hereby agree to buy from Dorothy E . Lamb , surviving Trustee under Declaration of Trust estab lisped by Walter D . Lamb and Dorothy E . Lamb as Trustors , real property , consisting of 5 .41 acres , generally located in the Magnolia-Garfield area, and more specifically described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, for the sum of Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty and no/100ths Dollars ($12 ,850 .00) . 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to exe- cute a contract by and between the city and Dorothy E. Lamb , surviving Trustee under Declaration of Trust established by Walter D. Lamb and Dorothy E . Lamb as Trustors , to acquire said 5 .41 acres to be used for community park facilities . 3 . That Dorothy E . Lamb , surviving Trustee under Declara- 1. The South 200 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 6 , Township 6 South, Range 10 West , in the Rancho Los Bolsas , in the City of Huntington Beach, as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 14 , Miscellaneous Maps , records of said Orange County. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the portion conveyed to Orange County Flood Control District by deed recorded March 16 , 1961 in book 5657 , page 674 , Official Records . ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said land granted to the Orange County Flood Control District by deed recorded April 7 , 1970 in book 9257 , page 471, Official Records and more particularly described as follows : Beginning at the intersection of the South line of said South 200 .00 feet with the West line of the land described in the deed to the Orange County Flood Control District , recorded March 16 , 1961 in book 5657 , page 674 , Official Records , in the office of said County Recorder; thence North 00 40 ► 29►r West , 200 .00 feet along said West line to the North line of said South 200 .00 feet ; thence South 890 34 ► 16►► West , 16 .00 feet along said North line to a line which is parallel with and Westerly 16 .00 feet from said West line; thence South 00 40 ' 29" East , 130 .00 feet along said parallel line; thence South 140 31 ► 42" West , 72 .45 feet to a point on said South line , distant thereon South 890 34 ► 16" West, 35 .00 feet from the point of beginning; thence North 890 34 ► 16" East , 35 .00 feet along said South line to the point of beginning.
