RESOLUTION NO. 3525
A RESOLUTION OF .THE• CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH SUPPORTING AB 1837 , COASTAL
CORRIDOR REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS , the Honorable Robert H . Burke , California
Assemblyman, has introduced Assembly Bill 1837 to create
the Coastal Corridor Review Board to study State Highway
Route 1 between the Santa Ana River and the Orange-Los Angeles
county line; and
This Council is cognizant of the need for such a board
to conduct said study and submit a report , together with its
recommendations , to the Legislature by January 10 , 1975 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Huntington Beach that it does express its unanimous
support of AB 1837 , and urges that this bill be given a high
priority and subsequent passage into law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
to transmit copies of this resolution to the Honorable Robert
H. Burke and other appropriate legislators .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd
day of July, 1972 .

acting City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-
officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing
resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative vote of
more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the
