Home My WebLink AboutCity Council - 3638 RESOLUTION NO . 3638 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DEDICATING AN EASEMENT IN AND TO REAL PROPERTY FOR STREET, HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach is the fee owner of certain real property located generally on Memphis Street from Pacific Electric Railway Company right of way east to Beach Boulevard, and of which the following legal description is a part thereof; and Said portion hereinafter described has been and now is used for street, highway and public utility purposes , but has never been dedicated for such purposes ; and It is to the best interests of the City of Huntington Beach and its residents that the easement to the real property here- inafter described be so dedicated for street , highway and public utility purposes . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the City of Huntington Beach as owner dedicate to the City of Huntington Beach an easement for street, highway and public utility purposes in and to the following real property : Block A of Vista Del Mar Tract , as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 4 , pages 36 and 79 of Miscellaneous Maps , in the office of the County Recorder, Orange County, California, lying between Pacific Electric Railway Company right of way on the west and Beach Boulevard (formerly Hampshire Avenue) on the east , in the City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California.
