HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 3897 RESOLUTION NO. 3897 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE APPROVAL OF APPLICATION FOR INSTALLATION OF MOBILE HOMES WHEREAS, Title 5, Chapter 5 of the California Administrative Code requires local building departments to receive, review and approve applications for the installation of mobile homes ; and Section 5078.2 (b) of such California Administrative Code establishes the purposes , and fees which may be charged by local enforcement agencies ; and The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach desires to comply with the requirements contained in Title 5, Chapter 5 of the California Administrative Code (Section 5078. 2(b ) ) to enable the City of Huntington Beach to collect fees for approval of applications for the installation of mobile homes during fiscal year 1974-1975, and all succeeding fiscal years , or until such time as the California Administrative Code is amended, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the Department of Building and Community Development shall charge the following fees for the purposes hereinafter set forth with respect to the installation of mobile homes : (a) Application filing fee - Five Dollars ( $5) . (b) Installation permit fee - Twenty-Five Dollars ($25 ) . (c ) Reinspection fee - Twenty-Five Dollars ($25 ) .
