HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 3924 � RESOLUTION N0. 3924 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH WYLE LABORATORIES WHEREAS, Section 65302 of the California Government Code requires that a Noise Element be added to the city 's General Plan; and City desires to have such Noise Element prepared by a con- sulting service; and Wyle Laboratories have submitted a contract to perform such service at a total cost of $10, 300; and The Planning and Environmental Resources Departments are able to fund such total cost from Accounts No. 230390 and 231408 respectively, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that it does authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said contract, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, with Wyle Laboratories for the preparation of a Noise Element to city 's General Plan, for the total sum of $10,300 . PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of August, 1974 .
