A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING PARKING FEES
IN THE MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITY, AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 3851
WHEREAS, Section 7531(h) of the Huntington Beach Ordinance
Code provides that the City Council may establish parking fees
by resolution of this Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Huntington Beach that the following fees shall be
charged on municipal parking facilities :
Autos , pickup trucks , motorcycles $ 1. 00 per day
Buses , motor homes or vehicles over
25 feet in length $ 4 . 00 per day
Annual parking pass $ 20. 00 per year
(Second family car registered
to same owner) $ 5 . 00
Annual parking pass where one of
registered owners is 62 years
of age or older $ 10. 00 per year
Annual parking pass for residents
of the city of Huntington Beach.
Issuance of this pass requires
satisfactory proof of residency
by presentation of vehicle regis-
tration showing residency within
the city of Huntington Beach of
the registered owner and such
other items of proof as deemed
necessary by the Director of
Harbors , Beaches and Development
or his authorized agents $ 10 . 00 per year
(Second family car registered
to same owner) $ 5 . 00
The permits issued hereunder are invalid unless affixed
to the vehicles for which they are issued.
Resolution No . 3851 is hereby repealed.

Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th
day of December, 1974.

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day
