A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
REVISION OF APPROPRIATIONS BETWEEN DEPART-
MENTS WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1975-1976.
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for the City of Huntington
Beach for the fiscal year 1975-1976 by the passage of Resol d ution No. 4093; and
WHEREAS, the amounts appropriated at the beginning of the fiscal year for
each department were, of necessity, approximated; and
WHEREAS, the information is now available that requires the revision of
appropriations within and between departments in the General Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach does hereby authorize the Director of Finance to make the following transfers
and revisions of appropriations within the General Fund effective August 25, 1975:

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular adjourned- meeting thereof held on the 25th day
