A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE LOAN OF FUNDS
TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH
WHEREAS, the City desires to lend funds to the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Huntington Beach for the administrative ex-
penses and overhead of the agency; and
The Agency desires to borrow such funds,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach as follows :
1. That the Finance Director is authorized to lend to the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington Beach the sum
of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10, 000 . 00) upon the following terms
and conditions :
(a) The funds furnished hereunder will be placed
by the Redevelopment Agency in a Redevelopment Agency
Fund, said fund to be established by Agency;
(b) The Redevelopment Agency will repay to City
the amount advanced out of funds subsequently available
to it for general purposes .
2 . The amount advanced under this resolution is for the
purpose of contracting for consultant services by the Agency .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the lst
day of March, 1976 .

I, ALICIA M. WENTWORTH, the duly elected, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City. Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15t day
of March 19 76 by the following vote:
