HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 4216 RESOLUTION NO. 4216 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DECLARING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY OF SAID CITY SURPLUS AND STATING ITS INTENTION TO SELL SUCH SURPLUS PROPERTY The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows : SECTION 1 : Pursuant to Division 3, Chapter 5, Article 1 of the California Government Code (Sections 373�O et seq. ) , the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach finds and declares that certain city-owned, real property, hereinafter described, is surplus property, and hereby declares its intention to sell such city-owned, real property, more partic- ularly described as follows : Lot 4, Block F, of Tract No. 436, City of Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California. SECTION 2 . The City Administrator is hereby directed and authorized to negotiate the sale of said property, subject to approval and acceptance by the City Council.
