A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DECLARING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY OF SAID CITY SURPLUS AND STATING
ITS INTENTION TO SELL SUCH SURPLUS PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does
hereby resolve as follows :
SECTION 1 : Pursuant to Division 3, Chapter 5, Article 1
of the California Government Code (Sections 373�O et seq. ) ,
the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach finds and
declares that certain city-owned, real property, hereinafter
described, is surplus property, and hereby declares its
intention to sell such city-owned, real property, more partic-
ularly described as follows :
Lot 4, Block F, of Tract No. 436, City of Huntington
Beach, County of Orange, State of California.
SECTION 2 . The City Administrator is hereby directed and
authorized to negotiate the sale of said property, subject to
approval and acceptance by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the city of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th
day of April, 1976.

PROJECT IMMUNITY STATUS
Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Huntington Beach for imple-
mentation of the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 and the
State guidelines as adopted by the California Resources Agency, which
provide that "where it can be seen with certainty that the activity
in question will not have a significant effect on the environment , the
activity may be exempt from provisions ,of CEQA, the project refer-
enced herein is therefore reviewed for exemption status for the filing
of a Negative Declaration or preparation and review of an Environmental
Impact Report.

owned land and offer it for sale

STAFF DISCUSSION Although the city does not have a specific categorical
exemption for projects of this nature, it was the- determination of the Board
that it is the definite intent of the State guidelines to exempt such projects
