A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY
OFFICIALS TO REPRESENT THE CITY IN EXECUTING
DOCUMENTS IN RELATION TO CIVIL DEFENSE AND
DISASTER
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does
hereby resolve as follows :
That the following individuals are hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the City of Huntington Beach, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of
California, applications and documents for the purpose of
obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense
Act of 1950, as amended (Public Law 920 , 81st Congress , 50 U.S . C .
2251-2297) , the Federal Disaster Act (Public Law 875 , 81st
Congress , as amended) , the Federal Disaster Relief Act of 1966
(Public Law 89-769) , and such other Federal legislation as
may now be in effect or which may be enacted in the future :

It is further resolved that Resolution No. 3355 is hereby
repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th
June , 1976 .

City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City. Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day
of June 19 76 by the following vote:
