HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 4259 RESOLUTION NO. 4259 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING PARKING ARRANGEMENT SPECIFICATIONS TO BE PLACED ON FILE IN THE DEPART- MENT OF PLANNING, SUCH SPECIFICATIONS TO GOVERN PARKING ARRANGEMENTS WITHIN THAT AREA DESIGNATED AS SITE I OF THE NORTH HUNTINGTON CENTER SPECIFIC PLAN PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 937 OF THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach has initiated an amendment to the North Huntington Center ' Specific Plan as it relates to Site I therein; and Said amendment states that parking arrangements within Site I shall conform to specifications on file in the Planning Department, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that it hereby approves said specifica- tions (Attachment "A" hereto) as a formal regulation pertaining to parking arrangements within Site I of the North Huntington Center Specific Plan.
