A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING PARKING ARRANGEMENT
SPECIFICATIONS TO BE PLACED ON FILE IN THE DEPART-
MENT OF PLANNING, SUCH SPECIFICATIONS TO GOVERN
PARKING ARRANGEMENTS WITHIN THAT AREA DESIGNATED
AS SITE I OF THE NORTH HUNTINGTON CENTER SPECIFIC
PLAN PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 937 OF THE HUNTINGTON
BEACH ORDINANCE CODE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach
has initiated an amendment to the North Huntington Center '
Specific Plan as it relates to Site I therein; and
Said amendment states that parking arrangements within
Site I shall conform to specifications on file in the Planning
Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that it hereby approves said specifica-
tions (Attachment "A" hereto) as a formal regulation pertaining
to parking arrangements within Site I of the North Huntington
Center Specific Plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st
day of June, 1976 .

members of the City. Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day
