A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING PARKING FEES
IN THE MUNICIPAL OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITY,
AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4219
WHEREAS, Section 13 .16. 010(h) of the Huntington Beach
Municipal Code provides that the City Council may establish
parking fees by resolution of this Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Huntington Beach that the following fees shall be
charged on off-street municipal parking facilities:
Auto, pickup trucks, motorcycles $ 1. 50 per day
Autos, pickup trucks, motorcycles
during the summer season on weekends
and holidays from the second Saturday
of June through Labor Day. $ 2. 00 per day
Autos, pickup trucks, motorcycles
24 Hr. metered parking $ 0. 25 per hour
(No buses, motorhomes or vehicles
over 25 feet in length will be allowed
in metered parking spaces . )
Buses, motor homes or vehicles over
25 feet in length $ 5. 00 per day
Annual residents parking pass $ 10. 00 per year
(Second motor vehicle registered to
same owner) $ 5. 00 per year
Annual non-residents parking pass $ 20. 00 per year
(Second motor vehicle regis-
tered to same owner. ) $ 5. 00 per year
Annual senior citizens parking pass .
(One of registered owners of the
motor vehicle must be 62 years of
age or older) $ 10. 00 per year
(Second motor vehicle registered
to same owner . ) $ 5. 00 per year

The permits issued hereunder are invalid unless affixed
to the vehicles for which they are issued.
Resolution No . 4219 is hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th
day of September, 1976.

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day
of September 1976 , by the following vote:
