HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 4351 RESOLUTION NO . 4351 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DIRECTING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TO HOLD A JOINT MEETING WITH THE CITY COUNCIL TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE DOWNTOWN REDEVELOPMENT PLAN WHEREAS, Section 9074 (b) of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code provides for the Huntington Beach Redevelopment Commission to hold and conduct hearings on the Redevelopment Plan pursuant to the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California; and The Huntington Beach Redevelopment Commission has requested that the hearing on the Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown Project Area be held jointly with the City Council on November 18 , 1976 at 5 : 00 p .m. in the Huntington Beach High School gymnasium; and Said joint hearing is necessary to meet the present time schedule for adoption by ordinance of the Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown Project Area, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby directs that a joint hearing be held with the Huntington Beach Redevelopment Commission on November 18, 1976 at 5 : 00 p .m. to consider the Redevelopment Plan for the Downtown Project Area in accordance with Article 907 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code and the Community Redevelopment Law of the State of California.
