HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 4383 RESOLUTION NO. 4383 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING FEE PROCEDURE AND FEES REGARDING BEACH OVERNIGHT CAMPING FACILITY AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4159 WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the operation of a municipal camping facility within the Parking Authority area; and Fees governing use of said facility shall be determined by resolution of the City Council , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach as follows : Fees for the use of said camping facility are due and payable daily. The daily fee shall cover use of the facility until the vacating time of 2 p.m. of the following day. Said fees shall be in the amount of: Residents of Huntington Beach Residents may purchase an annual camper pass for $1 and receive the reduced rate Camper vehicle $ 3 per day Trailer and automobile $ 4 per day Additional vehicle - daily rate Current day-use fee as (Annual beach pass is honored in established in Parking lieu of fee) Facility Nonresidents of Huntington Beach Camper vehicle - $ 4 per day Trailer and automobile $ 5 per day Each additional vehicle Current day-use fee as established in Parking Facility Resolution No . 4159 and all other resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
