A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PROCESSING
TENTATIVE, FINAL AND PARCEL MAPS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council Qf the City of Huntington
Beach that the following fees shall be charged for the processing
of tentative, final and parcel maps .
SECTION 1 . TENTATIVE OR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAPS PROCESSING FEE.
Every person submitting a tentative map to the Planning Department
shall pay a processing fee in the following amounts :
(a) For subdivisions of four (4) or less parcels : $ 75
(b) For subdivisions of five (5) or more parcels : $250
If additional lots or acres are added before processing of the
map is completed, the fee shall be increased in accordance with the
revised map. If a revised map is substituted for an approved or
conditionally approved map, an additional fee equal to one-fourth
(1/4) the original fee shall be paid for processing the revised map .
SECTION 2 . FINAL MAP PROCESSING FEE. The subdivider shall,
at the time of submitting the final map to the Planning Department,
pay to the City a processing fee of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) .
SECTION 3 . PARCEL MAP PROCESSING FEE. The subdivider shall,
at the time of submitting the parcel map to the Public Works Depart-
ment, pay to the City a processing fee of Fifty Dollars ($50) .

City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City. Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the loth day
of December 19 76 by the following vote:
