A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DECLARING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND STATING ITS INTENTION
TO SELL SUCH SURPLUS PROPERTY (2.5 ACRE PARK
SITE) LOCATED ON TAYLOR DRIVE WEST OF BEACH
BOULEVARD
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does re-
solve as follows :
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Division 3, Chapter 5, Article 1
of the California Government Code (Sections 37350 et seq. ) , the
City Council of the City of Huntington Beach finds and declares
that certain city-owned real property, specifically that cer-
tain 2. 5 acre park site described as Huntington Beach Park
No. 895, fronting on Taylor Drive west of Beach Boulevard, is
surplus property, and hereby declares its intention to sell
such city-owned property, more particularly described as follows :
A portion of the north half of the northwest
quarter of Section 35, Tract No. 53, Range 11
West, Rancho Las Bolsas, in the city of
Huntington Beach, county of Orange, state of
California, as per map recorded in Book 51,
page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of said county.
SECTION 2. The City Administrator is hereby directed and
authorized to negotiate the sale of said property subject to
approval and acceptance of the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
/ adjourned
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th
day of November 1977.

1, ALICIA M. WENTWORTH, the duly elected, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 14th day
of November 19 77 by the following vote:
