HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 4620 RESOLUTION NO. 4620 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING THE STANDARD PLANS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has formulated standard plans which are used to assist developers and the city in the construction of public improvements involving street widenings , installation of sanitary sewers , storm drains, water service facilities and irrigation layouts as well as tract construction and various off-site structures ; and The City Council is aware of the importance of such plans and desires to give such standard plans proper recognition, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that it does formally adopt for the City of Huntington Beach the Standard Plans of the Department of Public Works as designed and formulated, and subsequent amendments thereto, if any . Said Standard Plans is attached hereto and incorporated herein and marked Exhibit "A. " I' PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the .5th day of June, 1978 .
