RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERING
CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE
ASSESSMENT AS FILED PURSUANT TO THE TERMS
AND PROVISIONS OF THE "IMPROVEMENT ACT
OF 1911
CITY OF HUNTINGTO N BEACH
WHEREAS there has been filed with the City Clerk, an assessment
to represent the costs and expenses of the works and improvements
done pursuant to the proceedings under the "Improvement Act of
1911" , being Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California, in a special assessment district known and
designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 7501
(DUNBAR STREET SEWER AND WATER)
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District") ; and,
WHEREAS, at this time, it has been determined to be in the best
public interest and convenience to order certain changes and
modifications to the assessments as filed to truly reflect the
benefits that each parcel receives from the works of improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience requires,
and pursuant to the provisions of Section 5367 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California, the changes and modifications as listed
and set forth on the attached Exhibit "A" are here-
by ordered.
SECTION 3. That the Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered
to make the above referenced changes and modifica-
tions and the assessment as so changed and amended
shall now stand as the assessment for all subsequent
actions and steps to be taken under these proceedings.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach at' a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of
July, 1978

The above assessments truly reflect the benefits received from
the works of improvement to each parcel as listed therein, and
the assessments as herein set forth shall amend the assessments
as previously filed with the City Clerk.

Dunbar Street Assessment District
"Correction of Assessments
Total assessments for parcels 3, 4 ,5 and 12 were incorrectly
assigned on the warrant when transferred from the spread
work sheet. The total assessments for all parcels is correct as
originally indicated on the assessment roll.
Corrected assessments for parcels 3,4 , and 12 result in a
lesser amount than original notification. The corrected assess-
ment for parcel 5 results in an increase in amount of original
notification. This owner has been contacted and has no objec-
tions to the amount.
