A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING THE NEW FEE SCHEDULE
RECOMMENDED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF RECREATION, PARKS
AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR THE USE OF LIGHTED CITY
RECREATIONAL FACILITIES
WHEREAS, Section 2. 60. 030 of the Huntington Beach Municipal
Code authorizes the Department of Recreation, Parks and Human
Services, subject to approval of the City Council, to charge
reasonable fees for use of lighted facilities to help defray
public expense; and
The Department of Recreation, Parks and Human Services has
prepared a new fee schedule to accomplish this purpose, said fee
to be used for lighted facilities as set out in Exhibit A-2,
attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that the new fee schedule, as set out
in Exhibit A-2 attached hereto, is hereby approved and shall
take effect immediately.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th
day of September 1978 .

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day
