A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DECLARING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND STATING ITS INTENTION
TO SELL SUCH SURPLUS PROPERTY ( 2. 5 ACRE PARK
SITE) LOCATED ON TAYLOR DRIVE WEST OF BEACH
BOULEVARD
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does re-
solve as follows :
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Division 3, Chapter 5, Article 1
of the California Government Code (Sections 37350 et seq. ) , the
City Council of the City of Huntington Beach finds and declares
that certain city-owned real property, specifically that certain
2. 5 acre park site, described as Huntington Beach Park No. 895 ,
fronting on Taylor Drive west of Beach Boulevard, is surplus
property, and hereby declares its intention to sell such city-
owned property, more particularly described as follows :
The west half of the west half of the southwest
quarter of the northeast quarter of the northeast
quarter of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 11
West, Rancho Las Bolsas in the city of Huntington
Beach, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
page 13 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office of the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
SECTION 2. The City Administrator is hereby directed and
authorized to negotiate the sale of said property subject to ap-
proval and acceptance of the City Council.
Resolution No. 4540 and all resolutions in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th
day of September, 1978.

City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day
of eptember 19 78 , by the following vote;
