A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH TO INCREASE THE 1979-1980 CAPITAL
OUTLAY FUND APPROPRIATION FROM $2,118, 000 TO
$2, 764,368
WHEREAS, the City Council desires that revenue sharing funds
in the amount of $2,118,000 be expended on capital equipment items
to insure the integrity of the city providing public services to
residents; and
The City Council has placed $2, 118,000 of revenue sharing
funds into the 1979-80 Capital Outlay Fund; and
The City Council desires that the approved 1978-79 revenue
sharing funds that were not encumbered by June 30, 1979 (Exhibit A)
be included in the 1979-80 Capital Outlay Fund ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the 1979-80 Capital
Outlay Fund appropriation is increased from $2,118,000 to $2, 764,368
for the purpose of expending said funds on capital equipment needs
of the city as approved by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th
day of August, 1979.
