RESOLUTION NO. 4788
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING COMPENSATION
FOR CERTAIN NON-ASSOCIATED EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, certain employees of the City of Huntington Beach have
elected not to be associated with or represented by an employee association;
and
Non-associated employees are those incumbents in any of the
classifications listed below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach hereby approves the following salaries for
non-associated employees:
Effective July 7, 1979, the salaries shall be as noted below:

Effective July 7, 1979, the 5% PERS reimbursement to employees
prior to that date shall cease and the employees will pay their portion which
is currently 7%.

Non-associated employees shall continue to receive those benefits
currently in effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6 day ofAugust,
1979.

I, ALICIA M. WENTWORTH, the duly elected, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day
of August 19 79 by the following vote:
