A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE POLICE DEPART-
MENT OF THE CITY TO ENFORCE PARKING REGULATIONS
ON HUNTINGTON VILLAGE LANE IN OLD WORLD VILLAGE
WHEREAS , a condition of approval of Conditional Use Permit
No. 75-24 for the Jerwel Enterprises was for restricted parking
on Huntington Village Lane; and
Jerwel Enterprises , Sea wind Village, Old World Village
and city desire to have such parking prohibition enforced; and
California Vehicle Code Section 21107.6 requires the
city to adopt a resolution to authorize enforcement of parking
restrictions on privately-owned streets within commercial areas ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that it does hereby authorize the
Huntington Beach Police Department, pursuant to California
Vehicle Code Section 21107 .6, to enforce all state and city
parking regulations on Huntington Village Lane between McFadden
Avenue and Center Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th
day of November 1979.

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19 th day
of November , 1979 , by the following voter
