HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 4813 RESOLUTION NO . 4813 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ACQUIRE STATE SURPLUS PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC PUR- POSES , LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BEACH BOULEVARD AND PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY WHEREAS , the city is considering the purchase of certain real property which has been declared surplus by the California Department of Transportation; and Such property is generally located northwest of the corner of Beach Boulevard and Pacific Coast Highway, and more particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein; and The city agrees that such purchase is in the public interest for use for public purposes , NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach declares that such property shall be acquired for use by the city for public purposes .
