A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH DECLARING CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY SURPLUS AND STATING ITS INTENTION TO
SELL SUCH SURPLUS PROPERTY, GENERALLY LOCATED
SOUTH OF WARNER AVENUE, EAST OF SANDRA LEE
LANE
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby
resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Division 3, Chapter 5 , Article 1 of
the California Government Code (commencing with section 37350) ,
the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach finds and de-
clares that certain city-owned real property is surplus property,
and hereby declares its intention to sell such city-owned real
property, more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL 1: Lots 17 and 19 of Block J of
Tract 349, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 15, page 17 , Miscellaneous Maps ,
records of Orange County, California, ex-
cepting therefrom that portion previously
dedicated for highway purposes.
PARCEL 2: That portion of Tract No. 349 in
the city of Huntington Beach, County of
Orange, State of California as shown on a
map recorded in Book 15, page 17 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said county, described as
follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 17
of Block J of said Tract No. 349 , then north
0/43130/1 west 15 .86 feet along the west line
of said Lot 17 to a point on the southeasterly
right-of-way line of Warner Avenue, as de-
scribed in deed recorded in Book 8269, page 243
of official records in the office of the
County Recorder of said county, said right-of-way
being a curve concave to the southeast having a
radius of 570 .00 feet , a radial line to said

point bears south 30020 '31" east; thence
southwesterly along said curve and right-of-way
through a central angle of 2°57 '04" , an arc
distance of 29.19 feet to the centerline of
Sandra Lee Lane, shown as a private street on
said map of Tract No. 349 ; thence north
91 '05101 " east 25.01 feet to the point of
beginning.
SECTION 2. The City Administrator is hereby directed and
authorized to negotiate the sale or exchange of said property in
accordance with Huntington Beach Municipal Code section 3. 06.010.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st
day of July 1980 .

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day
