A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AGREEING TO DETERMINATION BY
LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF ORANGE
COUNTY WITH RESPECT TO PROPOSED TRANSFER OF
REAL PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT MC FADDEN
AVENUE AND SUGAR DRIVE
WHEREAS, the Cities of Westminster and Huntington Beach
are presently engaged in an exchange of real property,
generally located at McFadden Avenue and Sugar Drive; and
California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 99(b) requires
that such cities agree, by resolution, to accept the negotiated
exchange of property tax revenues ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that it does hereby agree to be bound
by the decision of the Local Agency Formation Commission of
Orange County with respect to whether the property proposed for
transfer is developed, substantially developed or undeveloped
for the purpose of determining property tax revenues.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th
day of April , 1981.

I, ALICIA M. WENTWORTH, the duly elected, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day
of April 19 81 , by the following vote:
