HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 4996 RESOLUTION NO. 4996 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THEjCITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING PRECISE PLAN OF STREET ALIGNMENT NO. 80-1 TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO INTERIOR PROPERTIES OVER PRIVATE EASEMENTS LOCATED NORTH OF PEARCE AVENUE AND WEST OF GREEN STREET WHEREAS, pursuant to the Planning and Zoning Law, parti- cularly California Government Code section 65500 , the Planning Commission of the City of Huntington Beach, after notice duly given, held a public hearing on April 7, 1981 on Precise Plan No. . 80-1 to provide access to interior properties over existing private easements, located north of Pearce Avenue and west of Green Street; and On May 4, 1981, after notice duly given, hearing was held before this Council, and the matter having been considered, the Council finds that said Precise Plan No. 80-1 is reasonably necessary to the orderly and efficient flow of traffic, for the preservation of the health and safety of the inhabitants of the city, and for the orderly development of the community, NOW, THERFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the real property hereinafter described and shown on the map marked Exhibit A attached hereto, incor- porated herein and by reference made a part hereof, is hereby designated and adopted as Precise Plan No . 80-1 of the City of Huntington Beach: The south 22. 5 feet of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 , and 10 of Tract 9635 in the city of Huntington Beach as recorded in the Recorder' s Office for the County of Orange. The north 10. 5 feet of Lots 85 through 96, the south 20. 5 feet of Lots 97 through 108, /ahb 4/27/81 1. the north 12. 5 feet of Lots 109 through 120 , the south 18. 5 feet of Lots 121 through 132 and the north 14 .5 feet of Lots 133 through 144 of Tract 184 in the city of Huntington Beach, as recorded in the office of the Recorder for the County of Orange. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if Lots 106 through 110 of Tract 184 are developed as a single parcel, as presently consolidated under ownership, the proposed private street which would bisect this parcel shall be terminated at the eastern edge of the parcel. If , however, such lots are split and sold sep- arately, the proposed private street shall terminate as presently depicted.
