A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH MAKING APPLICATION TO THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT
WATER WELL NO. 9 ON WARNER AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach that, pursuant and subject to all of the terms, conditions
and provisions of Division 5 , Part 1, Chapter 7, sections 4010
to 4035 of the California Health and Safety Code and all amend-
ments thereto, relating to domestic water supplies , application
by this city be made to the state Department of Health, for a per-
mit to construct and develop a reverse rotary drilled, gravel en-
velope water well known as Well No. 9 on the north side of
Warner Avenue, west of Magnolia Street, in the city of Huntington
Beach for the Department of Public Works , Water Division.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City Council
be and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause the nec-
essary data to be prepared, and investigations to be made, and
in the name of said City of Huntington Beach to sign and file
such application, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this
reference made a part hereof , with the said state Department of
Health.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th
day of July 1981.
