A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING A NEW FEE SCHEDULE
DETERMINED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY
SERVICES FOR USE OF CITY BUILDINGS AND PARTICI-
PATION IN RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, section 2.30.050 of the Huntington Beach Municipal
Code authorizes the Department of Community Services to charge
the public reasonable fees for city building use and for par-
ticipation in recreational activities to help defray public ex-
pense; and
The Department of Community Services has prepared new fee
schedules to accomplish this purpose , said schedules being set
out in Exhibits A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4 , attached hereto and in-
corporated herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that the new fee schedules are hereby
approved and take effect immediately.
Resolutions No. 4231 , 4669, 4987 and all resolutions in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st
day of December 1981.

EXCEPT HOLIDAYS.
Minimum Rental of 2 hours; Building Curfew: 12 Midnight
SPECIAL HOLIDAY RATES: The rental fee will be double on the following holidays: Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving and Easter.
For all other City observed holidays add $10 or one-fourth of rental fee,
whichever is greater.
ADDITIONAL FEES: $7.50/hour during normally closed hours. $10/hour for City-ouserved
holidays. For special seating/banquet arrangements, special equipment and
other extras; clean-up deposits and set-up fee will vary according to usage.
