RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON
BEACH MAKING CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS RELATING TO CEQA
COMPLIANCE IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
HUNTINGTON BREAKERS APARTMENTS, LIMITED PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington Beach (the
"Agency") is responsible for implementing the redevelopment plan for the amended
Main-Pier Redevelopment Project Area; and
WHEREAS, Negative Declaration No. 82-41 was prepared in conjunction with
the land use approval of this project; and
WHEREAS, the proposed development of a multi-family residential rental hous-
ing project pursuant to the Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") between
the Agency and Huntington Breakers Apartments, Limited is consistent with the
Redevelopment Agency's policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby
find, determine and resolve as follows:
Section 1: Having reviewed the proposal to develop the residential housing
project pursuant to the Agreement and being familiar with Negative Declaration
No. 82-41 prepared in connection with this project, the Agency does hereby find
and determine that the proposed development does not involve any significant
environmental impacts.
Section 2: It is hereby determined that no subsequent or supplemental EIR
is required in connection with the proposed development.
Section 3: The staff is hereby authorized and directed to file a notice
of determination with the County Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of February 1983.

City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 22nd day
of February 19 83 by the following vote:
