HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 5234 RESOLUTION N0. 5234 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTS NO. 09 AND 10 TO AGREEMENT NO . 07-5181 FOR MODIFICATION AND CHAN- NELIZATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON WARNER AVENUE AT EDWARDS STREET AND ON ADAMS AVENUE AT MAGNOLIA STREET i WHEREAS, on February 75 1978 the city entered into an agree- ment with the State of California for the Federal-Aid Program, identified as Agreement No. 07-5181; and Program Supplements No. 09 and 10 to the above-mentioned master agreement require the modification and channelization of traffic signals on Warner Avenue at Edwards Street and on Adams Avenue at Magnolia Street in this city; and i The total cost of such public safety improvement program is $180,000 which amount will be appropriated from Federal and city funds, as shown on Exhibit B attached, i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk are au- thorized and directed to execute the- necessary documents to im- plement Program Supplements No. 09 and 10 to Master Agreement No. 07-5181 for the modification and channelization of traffic signals on Warner Avenue at Edwards Street and on Adams Avenue at Magnolia Street .
