A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH COVERING RULES AND RATES PER-
TAINING TO AMBULANCE SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO . 4659
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby re-
solves as follows :
SECTION 1. Anyone doing business as an ambulance service
in the City of Huntington Beach must meet the license requirements
as set out in the Huntington Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 2 . Ambulance rates chargeable to private-pay custo-
mers by ambulance services licensed by the City of Huntington Beach
shall be no more than the maximum amount specified below for the
services offered.

SECTION 3 . Resolution No. 4659 and all resolutions in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed .

Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th
day of October 1983.

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day
