HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 5316 RESOLUTION NO. 5316 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH COVERING RULES AND RATES PER- TAINING TO AMBULANCE SERVICE WITHIN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO . 4659 The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby re- solves as follows : SECTION 1. Anyone doing business as an ambulance service in the City of Huntington Beach must meet the license requirements as set out in the Huntington Beach Municipal Code. SECTION 2 . Ambulance rates chargeable to private-pay custo- mers by ambulance services licensed by the City of Huntington Beach shall be no more than the maximum amount specified below for the services offered.
