HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 5425 RESOLUTION NO. 5425 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING AN APPROPRIATION FROM THE GRANT FUND TO COMPLETE THE HEARING AND CERTIFICATION PROCESS FOR CITY 'S COASTAL ELEMENT WHEREAS, by minute action on July 2, 1984 application was made to the California Coastal Commission for funding to complete Phase IV Certification of the Local Coastal Progam; and Such application was approved; the additional sum of $6, 596 has been approved for Phase IV; and The City will be reimbursed by the California Coastal Commission when the work is completed, as outlined in the work program; NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that it does hereby appropriate the sum of $6,596 from the grant fund to complete the hearing and certification process for the City' s Coastal Element, such sum to be reimbursed to City by the California Coastal Commission. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of Au„ust . 1984.
