A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH RECEIVING THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE TALBERT GAP FLOOD CONTROL
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND CONSENTING TO A JOINT
PUBLIC HEARING WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach has
received the proposed Talbert Gap Flood Control Redevelopment
Project Plan from the Huntington Beach Redevelopment Agency,
The City Council hereby consents to a joint meeting as
requested by the Agency and hereby sets a public hearing on
Monday, November 19, 1984, at 7 :30 p.m. in the Huntington Beach
City Council Chambers.
The City Council further orders that all notices of this
hearing be given as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th
day of October 1984.

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day
