HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 5508 RESOLUTION NO. 5508 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL ENFORCEMENT SERVICES FUND (SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 14) The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does her resolve as follows: The Chief of Administrative Services shall maintain a special enforcement services fund, derived from general fund revenues of the city, in the amount of t50, 000, which sum may be amended from time to time by resolution of the City Council. Withdrawals from such fund shall be by police department personnel pursuant to Administrative Regulation No. 307 and shall be used solely for the purpose of investigating narcotics law violations. Resolution No. 4463 and all resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
