A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING THE 1985 FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE ORANGE COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER AND ANIMAL
CONTROL SERVICES
WHEREAS; the City of Huntington Beach has contracted with
the County of Orange since 1976 for animal control services and
the use of the county animal shelter; and
The Board of Supervisors of Orange County, by resolution
pursuant to county ordinances, has revised the fees for the
issuance of dog licenses, effective July 11 1985; and
The City Council, in compliance with provisions of the
Huntington Beach Municipal Code and the contract hereinbefore
entered into with the County of Orange, adopts such fee
schedule,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that it adopts the 1985 fee schedule
for the licensing of dogs, established by the County of Orange,
attached hereto and incorporated by reference.-

I, ALICIA M. WENTWORTH, the duly elected, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 21st day
