HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 5529 RESOLUTION NO. 5529 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE GRANT OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES FOR CITY'S POLICE HELIPORT, GENERALLY LOCATED OFF GOTHARD STREET; NORTH OF ELLIS AVENUE RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that it hereby grants to Southern California Edison Company an easement for public utility purposes to serve the city's police heliport on real property generally located off Gothard Street, north of Ellis Avenue, and more particularly described as follows: The southerly 16 feet of the easterly 370 feet of the north half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 11 West in the Rancho Las Bolsas, in the city of Huntington Beach, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, pages 7 et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California. FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the grant of easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, to Southern California Edison for public utility purposes to serve the city's police heliport. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of June , 1985.
