HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 5537 RESOLUTION NO: 5537 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR ELECTED DEPARTMENT HEAD POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY WHEREAS, the city Charter provides that a reasonable com- pensation, including salary and fringe benefits, shall be es- tablished for certain elected positions in the city government, and the City Council desires to establish appropriate compensa- tion for the City Attorney, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach as follows: SECTION 1: That the annual budget for fiscal year 1985-1986 shall reflect a 5;15 percent increase in salary for the position of City Attorney which shall be effective July 11, 1985: SECTION 2.
