Home My WebLink AboutCity Council - 5684 RESOLUTION NO. 5684 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA STANDARD AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH TO PERFORM STRIPING OF ROADS AND PARKING LOTS AT HUNTINGTON STATE BEACH WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach desired to and has sub- mitted its bid to stripe Bolsa Chica and Huntington State Beach roads and parking lots; and The State of California Department of Parks and Recreation has accepted such bid in the sum of nine thousand eight hundred seventy three dollars ($9, 873 ) , and submitted its contract therefor ; and The State of California now requires a resolution authorizing Paul Cook, as city' s Director of Public Works, to execute such contract, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Paul Cook, Director of Public Works , is hereby authorized to execute the above-mentioned contract on behalf of the City of Huntington Beach and proceed therewith according to its terms and conditions.
