A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MANUAL AND/OR
FACSIMILE SIGNATURES OF DONALD L. WATSON AND
DAN T . VILLELLA
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That Donald L . Watson and Dan T. Villella are
designated as the persons authorized to execute all checks,
drafts, warrants or other orders for the payment of money drawn in
the name of the City of Huntington Beach on deposit with any bank
or other financial institution in which the city has funds.
SECTION 2 . That said disbursements or withdrawals shall be
made only upon the manual or facsimile signatures of Donald L.
Watson and Dan T. Villella whose names appear as follows:
DONALD L. WATSON DAN T. VILLELLA
SECTION 3 . It is further resolved that all previous authori-
zations for the signing and honoring of checks, drafts or other
orders for the payment of money by Warren G. Hall on behalf of the
City of Huntington Beach on banks or other financial institutions
are hereby withdrawn.
SECTION 4 . Resolution No. 5242 is hereby repealed.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd
day of November , 1987 .

I, ALICIA M. WENTWORTH, the duly elected, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of more than a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day
of November 19 87 by the following vote:

Winchell, Mays, Finley, Kelly, Erskine, Green, Bannister
