HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 5943 RESOLUTION NO. 5943 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENT NO. 19 TO AGREEMENT NO. 12-5181 FOR MODIFICATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS ON WARNER AVENUE AT MAGNOLIA, NEWLAND, EDWARDS, SPRINGDALE, GRAHAM, BOLSA CHICA AND ALGONQUIN WHEREAS, on February 7 , 1978 , the City entered into an agreement with the State of California for the Federal Aid Program, identified as Agreement No. 12-5181; and Program Supplement No. 19 to the above mentioned Master Agreement requires the modification of the traffic signals on Warner Avenue at Magnolia, Newland, Edwards, Springdale, Graham, Bolsa Chica and Algonquin in the City of Huntington Beach; and The total cost of such public safety improvement program is $421 ,900, which amount will be appropriated from Federal and City funds as shown on Exhibit "B" attached. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the necessary documents to implement Program Supplement No. 19 to Master Agreement No. 12-5181 for the modification of the traffic signals on Warner Avenue at Magnolia, Newland, Edwards, Springdale, Graham, Bolsa Chica and Algonquin. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of October 1988 .
