HomeMy WebLinkAboutRedevelopment Agency - 151 18025-0[ dHHW:CFAAfs May 5,1988 F8017 RESOLUTION NO. 151 RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE HUNTINGTON BEACH PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach (the "City") and the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington Beach (the "Agency") have heretofore entered into that certain agreement entitled "Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement," dated as of March 7, 1988, (the "Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement") pursuant to Resolution No.- 5854 adopted.by the City Council of the City and pursuant to Resolution No. 149 adopted by the Agency; and WHEREAS, the City and the Agency wish to amend the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement at this time with respect to the designation of the officers of the Authority, pursuant to and in accordance with that certain First Amendment to Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement dated May 16, 1988, in the form on file with the Secretary of the Agency (the "Agreement"); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington Beach that the Agreement is hereby approved, and the Chairman and Agency Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement in the name of the Agency. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of Ma , 1988.
