HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6053 RESOLUTION NO. 6053 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING CIRCULATION ELEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 89-1 TO THE GENERAL PLAN, FOR REALIGNMENT OF GOTHARD STREET SOUTH OF MCFADDEN AVENUE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach desires to update and refine the General Plan in keeping with changing community needs and objectives; and WHEREAS, said amendment will bring the Circulation Plan of the City of Huntington Beach into conformance with that of the City of Westminster in terms of the Gothard-Hoover Connection; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on adoption of Circulation Element Amendment No. 89-1 to the General Plan was held by the Planning Commission on July 6, 1989, in accordance with provisions of the State Government Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby adopts said amendment to the General Plan of the City of Huntington Beach. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, on the 7th day of August 1989 .
