HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6068 RESOLUTION NO. 6068 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5159 ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITY FEE SCHEDULE" (SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 26) WHEREAS, on October 4 , 1982, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5159 establishing a fee schedule for the City; and The City Council desires to reflect new fees and all changes in fees charged to the public for City services, facilities and activities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that Resolution No. 5159 is hereby amended to incorporate the changes set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee additions and amendments set out in this Supplemental Fee Resoluion No . 6068 shall be charged during fiscal year 1989/90 and thereafter; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, the fees contained in Resolution Nos . 5159, 5188, 5192, 5289 , 5339, 5493 and all Supplemental Fee Resolutions l through 25 inclusive shall remain in full force and effect . Residential Zones: Within the residential zone, 60-minute meters, 120-minute meters & 12-hour meters shall be installed to show legal parking for a period of one hour after deposit of; 2- $.25 coins -Fee for residents for annual visitor permits to park in residential metered zones. (Maximum 2 permits/household) $5.00 Recreational Zones: ------------------- -ZONE F: Within the boundaries of Huntington Central Park between Gothard and Goldenwest Streets north of Talbert Ave., at Huntington Central Library, 7111 Talbert Ave. i REVISIONS TO THE COMMENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR FY 1989/90 -Within Zone F, 30-minute meters shall be installed to show legal parking after deposit of; 1 - $.25 coin Section 9 of Resolution 5159 is amended by modifying, adding or deleting as fol lows: Section 9.- Permits based on projected costs of administering & enforcing the oil code and all provisions to oil operations in the City (Huntington Beach Municipal Code Section 15.12.090) .
