A RESOLUTION OF THE HUNTINGTON BEACH CITY COUNCIL WHICH
ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF THE COASTAL COMMISSION ACTION AND
ACCEPTS AND AGREES TO THE ADDITION OF THE COASTAL CONSERVATION
DISTRICT (CC) SUFFIX TO LOCAL COASTAL PROGRAM AMENDMENT NO. 88-3 .
WHEREAS, the California Coastal Commission has modified Local
Coastal Program Amendment No. 88-3 by adding the Coastal
Conservation District (CC) Suffix at the May 5, 1989 Coastal
Commission hearing; and
Section 1544 . 5 of the Coastal Commission Regulations require the
local government to accept and agree to the modification by
resolution; and
Upon the City Council action staff will forward Resolution
No. 6096 for final Coastal Commission certification;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Huntington Beach City
Council does accept and agrees to the Costal Commission modification
to Local Coastal Program Amendment No. 88-3 by adding the Coastal
conservation District (CC) suffix.
PASSES AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach, California at a regular meeting on the 4th
day of December 1989 .

Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of

that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of at least a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day
