HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6170 RESOLUTION NO. 6170 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH TO QUALIFY FOR THE 1990 ORANGE COUNTY ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that: 1. The City has adopted a setback ordinance to protect ultimate arterial highway rights-of-way. 2 . The City has adopted ordinances to provide limited access to the arterial highway system in order to protect the integrity of the system. 3 . The City' s Circulation Plan of Arterial Streets and Highways conforms to that of the County and adjacent public entities except for the following: (a) Talbert Avenue, between Goldenwest Street and Springdale Street, has been deleted. (b) That the portion of Indianapolis Avenue between Beach Boulevard and Lake Street be deleted. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the-: 2nd day of July 1990 .
