HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6180 RESOLUTION NO. 6180 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO SIGN AN APPLICATION FOR THE STATE-LOCAL TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM STATE SHARE FUNDS WHEREAS, the State-Local Transportation Partnership Program provides matching funds for eligible transportation projects; and The Pacific Coast Highway between Beach Boulevard and Goldenwest Street project may be eligible for submittal to the State-Local Transportation Partnership Program; and Authorization by the applicant ' s governing body is required for by the State-Local Transportation Partnership Program; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby authorizes the Director of Public Works, to sign funding request applications for the Pacific Coast Highway between Beach Boulevard and Goldenwest Street project to the State-Local Transportation Partnership Program. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of July 1990 .
