HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6200 RESOLUTION NO. 620 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5159, ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITY FEE SCHEDULE" (SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 3.0 ) WHEREAS, on October 4, 1982, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5159 establishing a fee schedule for the City; and The City Council desires to amend such fee schedule to reflect parking fees for the new parking structure known as the Main Promenade. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that Resolution No. 5159 is hereby amended and the fee amendment set out in this Supplemental Fee Resolution No. 29 shall be charged during fiscal year 1990-1991. SECTION 1. Section 19 of Resolution No. 5159 is hereby amended by adding the attached Exhibit "A-9" thereto .
