A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY
OF ORANGE EXTENDING THE RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
FOR REFUSE DISPOSAL STATION NUMBER 10
WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach desires to extend the
agreement with the County of Orange for their entry onto Parcel
PM 105-18 (more commonly known as Refuse Disposal Station
Number 10) owned by the City. A copy of the Amendment No. 2 is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Huntington Beach City Council
authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute such
agreement and deliver all necessary documents in connection
therewith for and on behalf of the City of Huntington Beach.

AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AND THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 is entered into this day of 1991 ,
by and between the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a municipal corporation of the State
of California, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY. "
WHEREAS, since the original agreement dated May 12, 1988, it has been
determined by the parties that additional time is required of COUNTY to complete
the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and between CITY and COUNTY that this agreement
is extended retroactively from November 12, 1990, for a period of two years, or
until SWAT testing is completed, whichever is sooner.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Amendment No. 2 as of
the date hereinabove set forth.
