A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION NO. 90-28
FOR THE SEACLIFF TRACTS AND ASSOCIATED ENTITLEMENTS
WHEREAS, Mitigated Negative Declaration 90-28 for the Seacliff
Tracts has been prepared; and
The City of Huntington Beach was the lead agency in the
preparation of Mitigated Negative Declaration No . 90-28; and
All persons and agencies wishing to respond to notice duly given
have been heard by the Planning Commission either through written
notice or during a public hearing on April 2, 1991, and such

responses and comments as were made were duly noted and responded to,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach as follows :
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find that Mitigated
Negative Declaration No. 90-28 has been completed in compliance with
the California Environmental Quality Act and all state and local
guidelines therefore.
SECTION 2 . The City Council has considered all significant
effects detailed in Mitigated Negative Declaration No. 90-28,
together with existing and proposed measures to mitigate such
significant effects . (Exhibit A attached hereto. )
SECTION 3 . The City Council further finds that through the
implementation of the aforementioned mitigation measures, the
potentially adverse impacts associated with the Seacliff Tracts and

associated entitlements (Exhibit B attached hereto) can be
eliminated or reduced to a level of insignificance.

Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the ?

MITIGATING MEASURES
FOR ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT NO . 90-28

at the meeting of May 6 , 1991)
